# Gallery Wrap Guidelines

Learn to size Gallery Wrap files for accurate wrap space or borders.

## Image Wrapping

Whichever depth you choose, plan for the extra space needed to wrap your image around the entire frame.

- 1½" Wraps: Add 2" to each side for a total of 4 extra inches to your final image size. The outer 2” is what will be wrapped to the sides and back.
- 2½" Wraps: Add 3" to each side for a total of 6 extra inches to your final image size. The outer 3” is what will be wrapped to the sides and back.

## Solid Edges

You can opt for a black or white edge in the ordering software. For this option crop your file to the exact size being ordered or simply crop while placing the order.

For a different color or design on the edges, first crop your file to the exact surface size being ordered. Then add extra space in your chosen color/design.

- 1½" Wraps: Add a 2" border to each side for a total of 4 extra inches to your final image size.
- 2½" Wraps: Add a 3" border to each side for a total of 6 extra inches to your final image size.
